Financial Aid to unemployed people who start or take over a business.
People who are looking for a job, depending on their situation, can request this and also ask to be exonerated from paying social security contributions during the first 12 months of their activity. |

Some of the people who benefit from ACCRE may also be eligible for an Advance (repayable) financed by the State (EDEN: Encouragement for the development of new businesses) |

The Association Nievre Initiatives Locales offers unsecured loans at 0% to people who create or take over businesses. These loans, subject to certain conditions, range from 1,500 euros to 20,000 euros over a period of 2 to 5 years.

The loan for the creation of a business is aimed only at people starting a business and subject to certain conditions.
The amount, between 2,000 euros and 7,000 euros, is repayable over 5 years and is subject to interest.
